The Douglas building has a long history of serving the coldest beer in Fort Worth, and has gone through many changes since then. Ruben Alvarado, lifelong Fort Worth Native, saw a great opportunity to restore the building to it's old glory with a modern twist. He worked with local artist Sarah Ayala, to transform the old Douglas building into a new attraction with murals dedicated to Forth Worth and the latino legacy in historic Northside.
